What we collect

When you submit an enquiry on this website we collect the details you enter:

• The type of enquiry, such as a property enquiry, finance enquiry or request for an expression of interest.
• Any preferred contact date and the message you write.
• Which package the enquiry relates to, where you enquired from a package page.

We do not ask for identity documents, bank details or tax file numbers through this website. Please do not send sensitive documents through the enquiry form.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to provide the information you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation. We may contact you about the package or finance topic you enquired about. We do not sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

• Where your enquiry relates to a specific package, relevant details may be shared with the builder or developer connected to that package so they can answer accurately.
• Where you have asked about finance, your details may be shared with Sorted Mortgages, our affiliated mortgage brokerage, so they can follow up.
• We use service providers for website hosting and enquiry storage. They handle data on our instructions.
• We will disclose information where we are required to by law.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in our website database and kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet our record keeping obligations. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third party advertising. Basic technical cookies may be used to keep the site working correctly.

Access and correction
